You Know What I Mean?

I must be getting old or something, because I am so wiped out right now. Warped Tour from 10:00-6:00 and I am exhausted now. I had not been to Warped Tour in 4-5 years and it was not exactly as I remembered it, but then again last time I went I did not have the privelege of going with Audrey Kitching .

8:30 am - picked Audrey and Shane up at their hotel and headed over to Jen's house. Oh and gave Audrey her new pink Zune


8:45 am-  Audrey went through her interview questions for LAIST ... which you should for sure check it ... you might learn a thing or two!
9:00 am- picked up Mark and started the drive down to Pomona



9:30 am- stuck in traffic
9:45 am- on highway 60 going east I believe
10:00 am- ewwwwwwwwww... traffic...... intestants and body fat spilled all over the highway stopping what looked like 1 hour of traffic driving west!!!! we didn't get a picture, but I still have the visual memory!
10:30 am- arriving at Warped Tour... damn the Buzznet.com car is so RAD! (if you spot it on the road on Warped be sure to take pics of it!)
11:00 am- I am already really hot and can tell that this is going to be a long long day!!
11:30 am- saw Anberlin back stage. They were the first band I recognized.

12:00 am- Walked around, flyered promo cards, checked out all the tents, started to turn brown from the dirt blowing everywhere, saw some east coast WB peeps, took photos of Audrey and HannaBeth.



12:30 pm- ughhhhhhh it was hot, but thank goodness there was a ton of Vitamin Water there. 12:30-1:30 pm- strolled around. Went by The Automatic Automatic and Boys Like Girls tent!




1:30 pm- mini meet & greet with Buzznet members  in front of the AP tent.Don't forget to grap a Warped Tour Issue, Buzznet is on page 40 and so are a lot of you.



2:00 pm - went and checked out some music with Bree! I wonder if her shoulders got burnt, my nose is bright red!!

 .... the rest of the day ... well you can look at Audrey's Page and DJ Rossstar's Page b/c I don't feel like typing anymore.

This is just an example entry. The name "the in crowd" is way to cliche and the world knows there is not a damn thing cliche about any of the "crews" members!

Body: This was sent to me by a friend...thought it was kind of interesting. When I watch Sopranos again maybe this will make sense. OK, at first I was really angry. I mean really, really angry. I can't believe though that no-one has posted by now what happened. The only thing I saw that was right, was that in the last scene we are seeing through Tony's eyes. Remember when he was speaking with Bobby...basically saying that you don't see it happening? So here is what I found out. The guy at the bar is also credited as Nikki Leotardo. The same actor played him in the first part of season 6 during a brief sit down concerning the future of Vito. That wasn't that long ago. Apparently, he is the nephew of Phil. Phil's brother Nikki Senior was killed in 1976 in a car accident. Absolutely Genius!!!! David Chase is truly rewarding the true fans who pay attention to detail. So the point would have been that life continues and we may never know the end of the Sopranos. But if you pay attention to the history, you will find that all the answers lie in the characters in the restaurant. The trucker was the brother of the guy who was robbed by Christopher in Season 2. Remember the DVD players? The trucker had to identify the body. The boy scouts were in the train store and the black guys at the end were the ones who tried to kill Tony and only clipped him in the ear (was that season 2 or 3?). Absolutely incredible!!!! There were three people in the restaurant who had reason to kill Tony and then it just ends. This was Chase's way of proving that he will not escape his past. It will not go on forever despite that he would like it to "don't stop". Not the fans!!! Tony would like it to keep going but just as we have to say goodbye, so does he. No more Tony and I guess we are supposed to be happy that Meadow didn't get clipped as well (she would have been between the shooter and Tony) since she is the only one worth a crap in that family. & MORE... you gotta watch the end of the episode again and watch closely...here is what you will see..when tony walks into the diner he looks at himself sitting down at the table...you can be sure of this b/c he is wearing different clothes when he sits down...i dont know wtf that means...in previous seasons it had been told to us that tony's dad died just as his daughter (janus) walked in...if you watch closely you will see janus walk in shortly after tony sits down...this is used to signify the possibility of that happening again...then you will see the sports store owner who tony destroyed walk in wearing a brown kinda hunting jacket...he is the guy that a couple seasons ago got into gambling trouble with tony and tony took over his store...HE IS THE 1 WHO WACKS TONY...he comes in and sits down hunched over...hiding his eyes as not wanting to be noticed...and alas..."u probably dont even here it when it happens right?" (this is bobby talking to tony in the 1st episode of the season...tony had this flashback as he was laying down in the last episode...there would be no reason to have had that in unless it had some huge significance)...and finally...tonys daughter walking in to see her dad get shot just as janus did so many years ago...you hear the bell of her walking in and then blackness...nothing...it signifies the neverending cycle of the soprano family...aj will become tony...meadow will become janus...carmela will become livia (tonys mom)...and cycle of violence goes on and on and on....absolutlely amazing...i HATED the ending at first...but when i watched it again...and understood it...it is really the most amazing ending possible for the show...we really would not have been satisfied with the boring “you see tony get shot" ending...this was priceless...remember..this was not an action show...it was a drama about a FAMILY Tony IS DEAD and WAS CLIPPED by someone. We the audience have always seen the episodes from Tony's point of view, and the blackened silence is what Tony sees and hears when he finally gets clipped. Remember the conversation with Bobby at the lake? "I wonder if you hear the one that gets you" - the final episode answers that question. That is why they flashed back to it at the end of last weeks episode. He never heard the one that killed him.
